Great Company. Wish they were in Texas

Never had any problems with American Family. The rates were good and the coverage was great. As a family we had small claims like windshields and received good response. The true test came when I was the victim of a hit and run in December of 2010. The response from American Family was great. My car was totaled and I had a check from the adjuster the same day and after it was all said and done my rates were not affected.

The only problem is that I have moved to Texas and they do not provide coverage in Texas.
