Glad I never had American Family Insurance

A customer of American Family Ins hit me. She got the ticket. Her ins will not pay because I have medical coverage thru where I work and I also carry my own auto ins. She rear ended me. She hit me hard enough to throw us in the car and move my car. The adjuster Amy Knudsen gave me a claim number and advised me to give it to the Dr. office, which I did. When contacting Amy about the refusal, she said just because I said we would pay, doesn't mean we will. Glad I'm not an American Family customer!
