Don't use AmFam, American Family Insurance Co.

We lost our home to a flood caused by a newly purchased water line. American Family said it was covered. They would rebuild our home. NOT. After hireing a contractor that gave a quite to American Family, and American Family saying we could use that contractor, our home was about 50% rebuilt. American Family then Denied the claim and would not pay the contractor. They would not pay what was covered and promised. Left us holding the bag. The contractor foreclosed on the home to get paid. American Family Insurance Co. just walked away.
