Disappointed in Minnesota

I have been with this company for almost 20 years and have never had to make a claim until now and was denied because the agent did not add water damage to the policy.I trusted what they told me when they created the policy. The person I talked with was rude and so cocky when he said that my policy did not cover water damage. This is one customer that is done dealing with this company.
