Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only had my vehicle for 2 wks. When I got coverage before leaving the dealership, I told the guy on the phone I do not have money for down payment on premium. He said,"Just give me your routing # and you won't have to worry about the premium payment this month." Someone from AMFM called not mentioning who they were with. Asked me if I had any insurance I said Mid States (assuming this was business related cause she called on that phone #) for the company then she said okay and hung up. On the 16th of October I called to give a routing # for my account so they can get my monthly payments. Come to find out my policy was canceled. So the agent set it up again for me. All this time on the phone with the agent not one thing was mentioned about money going to be withdrawn from my account a few days later. Needless to say they messed up my banking account. When I called back to let them know my car had been taken back because the dealership could not get me financed. The lady said,"Do you want me to take and cancel your policy all the way back to the beginning so you won't have to pay anything." I said,"That would be great!!" Now a month later they are trying to say I owe them money. The same money they refunded to me for over drafting my account. Go figure!!!! Never going through these guys again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
