Awfull Experience

One of American Family's customer's rear ended my car. The adjuster (Christy Peroni) was rude and did not want to help in any way to resolve the claim. She kept telling me she had to get a hold of the owner of the car before she could proceed with the claim. This took 12 days!!!! In the meantime I was told there was "nothing they could do" and that "by law there is no time frame the customer has in which to report the claim". I even talked to her manager Tom Marszalek and he was just as uncooperative. I know they do not want to pay out on a claim, but to drag it out even when there was a police report so that they can claim they did their due diligence is unacceptable. They should be ashamed of how they treat potential clients.
