Amfam took my money and ran

Filed a claim with American Family Insurance or a accident our fault. they repaired my body damaged, but now want me to cover part of the cost for motor repair. Is this not the reason why I chose a 500 deductible. It was due to the accident.... SCAM SCAM SCAM How unfair Amfam.
