American Family Insurance Knows Good Business

American Family is one of the best insurance companies in the business. Despite the fact that I have had to file more than one claim in the past couple of years, the claims handling has always been excellent. I can't even imagine signing on with another insurance carrier; AmFam is super fast when it comes to processing my claims. Of course, I am never happy about having to file a claim in the first place, but American Family makes it so that I am not anxious about doing so. The amount of time the company takes with me is one of the big benefits: they talk me through the process and aren't condescending when doing so. Fast response rates, incredible customer service and an overall friendly approach, it's a nice change from other insurance companies I've dealt with in the past. My sisters changed companies and went with AmFam after I told them about the service and they have been satisfied ever since.
