American Family Excuses

Have used American family for 5 years, were never able to use them for a claim, there was always a catch. We have found same coverage for 3 cars and home for less than half what they were charging, now having problems receiving refund of amount owed to us since cancelling. There is always an excuse for everything. We would not recommend using them. Try Safeco instead.
