Customer Review - American Family Insurance

AWFUL!

This is the most ridiculous insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was hit by an elderly man who carries this insurance. It has been 6 weeks and they haven't even called me back once, though I have left several messages. They just denied my claim, which I found out through calling MY insurance company. They denied it based on some supposed pictures the person who hit me has, and they refused to let my insurance company even see the pictures. They also refused to look at the full scene investigation my insurance company did and they DID NOT do a scene investigation for themselves. My father was an insurance agent and I have never in my life heard of service this poor.
