AMERICAN FAMILY LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I had a bad experience with American Family and there was a total lack of communication with my agent. I was a good customer and had referred numerous clients of mine to my agent. I was turned into the dmv for a lapse of coverage (2 weeks) and was not given a courtesy call by anyone from American Family Insurance. I was never able to talk directly to my agent she was always too busy. This is ridiculous and the main reason I cancelled.
