A Fan of American Family Insurance

American Family Insurance has been my carrier for a couple of years now, and I don't plan on changing. Even with making a couple of claims and being fairly sure my rates would rise I didn't get an increase. The customer service is responsive and supportive. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about American Family Insurance that I can't agree with. I have always been dealt with in a fair and just manner, the company has never ripped me off and my claims are adjusted in a way that I believe is totally justified. I have never had a reason to argue with American Family Insurance about a claim, a rate, a bill or anything else. I just don't understand the bad rap that some customers are giving the company. I don't know about anybody else but I am going to continue to stand by American Family Insurance because they have never given me a reason to do otherwise.
