did not realize you guys outsourced your claims dept.i called one evening because i did not receive proof of ins.got a hold of some people in india.after changing people three times i got a hold of someone i could understand. she told me it would be five days.dam glad i never had a claim.i couldn't imagine having to go through that if i had a wreck.anyway seven days pass no proof of ins.called my rep said he would check on it total of fourteen days got it. ive got other vehicles ins with other companys and did not want to half to make a claim with the indians. ended up getting triple the coverage and saving $120.00. un happy american
