the slippery finger

Allstate insurance the “good hands people” has slippery hands. And it appears they are flipping me off with the middle finger of one of those slippery hands. They “more than” doubled my annual homeowners insurance without notice or explanation. I have been trying to find out why my ins went up and I keep getting blown off, ignored, and the slippery finger. Today is day 15 from my original phone conversation with them since then there have been two other phone calls and three e-mails. I have received from them one e-mail promising that they would look into it and get back with me in “three days” it never happened.
