My family and I were victims of a random act of vandalism where my daughter's vehicle was lit on fire. My Allstate agent filed the claim with Allstate and we got to choose the body shop that fixed our vehicle. Everything was done and paid for within a week. Since the body shop was a pro shop of Allstate, it was done quickly. The bad experiences that I have read on Allstate reviews happens just like in every other insurance company. They are all regulated by the State Department of Insurance and they all have a code of ethics. I think that the agent makes all the difference in the world. |
