Customer Review - Allstate

You are fired. And I will not return.

It all started with the agent charging me $160.00 to set up insurance under my own name, following a divorce. I asked why the fee, as I had been a customer for two years. No explanation given. So I write a check, make the payments and go on with my life. It didn't really bother me until my cell phone started ringing on Saturday afternoons, the company trying to schlep motorist roadside assistance, merchandise, and additional coverage.

What happened to the "if you go 6 months without an accident" you receive a check from All-State? I still have not received a nickel. Have had no accidents, no speeding tickets. Still my rates remain consistent, no decrease in premium or deductible.

You simply aren't competitive, Allstate. I'm am changing providers. Losing one customer may not hurt that much. I can tell you what feels good. Saying "you're fired" to your insurance carrier.
