Why have a great cost when you have nothing to back it up?

My truck ended rolling down a mountain, 4-5 side flips and a couple of end over ends. From day 1 to day 60 has been a hassle so far, it was a total loss. Sent forms that had to be notarized for all background clearance sent through USPS registered, return certificate. Would you believe it they (allstate) lost it. We got the return receipt and the post office has theirs as well, even with the allstate agents signature. To this day they say that the person who signed for it doesn't show up in their system. But to no avail. they want us to notarize another set of forms and send it to the same address, now 60 days after the accident. They didn't offer to get another vehicle, rental, or anything. And the bank keeps on calling wondering if someone from the insurance would call them back. And they still require the we pay insurance coverage on that vehicle until the claim gets settled. Until this gets settled I've been reliving the accident every day. I'm almost guessing that they won't cover the loss and I'd have to file bankruptcy in order to get any result from this.

When we had state farm before, our car got stolen. And we had support the whole time, and a check in 2 weeks.
