Customer Review - Allstate

WORSTTTTT INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!

All these 5.0 star ratings are probably from Allstate executives. I just spent the last 3 days trying to straighten out my insurance situation. Allstate refused to renew my insurance due to unacceptable claim history and never notified me. Keep in mind unacceptable claim history is 1 not at fault accident and one at fault where i accidentally knocked over a motorcycle. I call to talk to someone at Allstate and one of the representatives tells me that " It sucks to be me" and hangs up the phone. I called the corporate office and the lady Donna calls me a liar and tells me that i received a notice but can not prove that it has even been sent. Trust me save your money and go to another insurance company. Allstate will soon loss all their customers and can shove "Mayhem" up their butt!!!! I wish i can give them a Negative rating how furious i am. Just do not speak to soon of these scum. You get into any accident regardless of fault they will cancel you!! and do not expect notification because Allstate does not believe in those sort of things. Take care everyone and be smart and avoid ALLSTATE!
