Very satisfied except possibly cost

As a long term customer we have had a number of claims. filing through the agent was always trouble free, with prompt courteous and through response by the adjuster. When one of our vehicles were stolen the coverage and concern for both the vehicle and contents was great and they even helped us regarding home owners despite that we are not covered by Allstate for home. On line filing was a cinch, with follow up calls from Allstate to us making sure that our vehicle repairs were adequate and genuine concern over injuries. Never received threats of increases or loss of insurance as we did with another company.
