Unsavy Business Pratices

The Local agency Here in Clarksville Is about Threats and Not doing what the customer expects from them--I have requested a policy to be Canceled and Not renewed for the High cost of renters insurance--The Allstate Family did not terminate nor try Too--but in fact sent letter stating that I owed them money for service--A Continuation of policy when I wanted rid of them in the first Place. I,ve called 3 time to get this straight and e mailed them saying GOODBYE--after the third and most ridculas call this am the young women was telling me that it was there choice to cancel??? Good luck!!!! I Don't thing I would recommend Allstate to insure a Thing!!!
