Trying to get a claim resolved from them is like going to a bad dentistOne of Allstate's client ran into my vehicle 5 days ago. I have been trying to put my vehicle in the shop since then so they can repair it. I’m told I have to wait on their 2nd team to ok the claim. What does the 1st team do? Do the 1st team not know what they are doing, if not get rid of them. Their auto accident claim division agents (1st team) that start your approval process need training in customer service. My insurance company had me in and out I 1 day but I was not going to pay the $500.00 dollars deductible and hopes that All State would reimbursement that would have been a joke.
