This company are a bunch of crooks

I had All State for aver 18 years and my rates for auto insurance continued to escalate, even though I never had an accident.

My wife located another insurance company that beat their rates by a great deal so we went with their competitor.

After approximately 2 to 3 months we received a phone call from the company asking why we left. When we disclosed the reason the lady informed us that due to the length of time with the company and not having any accidents we should be receiving a special rate for those who remain with the company and our record.

She asked if there was anything the company could do as our agent had not charged us the accurate amount. I requested some form of compensation (a year free of insurance). I was advised they coould not do that but that th especial would start immediately if we returned.
I stated if she couldn't help now... what would led me to believe she wooudl when we had an accident.

FORGET this company they are crooks.
