The Worst Experience

My car was stolen and 3 months later Allstate has still not resolved the claim. No one returns calls, no one can explain why it's taking so long. I had a rental car for 30 days, now I'm walking and my lien holder wants their money. Allstate is ridiculous. Do not place yourself in their hands.
