The HORRIBLE insutance company ever, STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATEThis is my first experience with Allstate ( I hope it the last), I got hit by their policy holder in rear bumper on my car and after their "investigation"I was told that it's 50% of my fold without any detail explanation why. The person who was working to investigate my claim Lisa Duran, never contact me at all, and when I finally got in touch with her she was sarcastic and rude by talking to me. I asked to replace my bumper due to it was brand new and $2700 was spent to fix it and paint just two weeks before this new accident happened, I was told that my car is too old for them to replace the bumper. I considering it as discrimination, if you are not that wealthy person and driving old car, you are not deserve their respect, attention and coverage. When I was trying to explain her again what exactly happened, she told me that she doesn't know me (that's was funny) and it was another way that she showed her disrespect to me as a claimant.
