Stay away from Allstate

When, one night,my car got badly damaged by a hit-and-run driver, I filed a claim which had been denied by Allstate. They stated that I took the car at night, had an accident and parked it back where it previously was. Basically, all these years, I paid for an insurance that does not pay back for damages beyond my control.
