They are horrible. I got into an accident about a month ago, it took 2 weeks to get the adjuster out to my house and because the other guy claims I hit him(even though he got the ticket for illegal lane change, and the police report matches my statement, as does the damage to my car) because he has Allstate too, they can't determine liability when they told me that all they needed was the police report and the adjusters report to determine liability. So basically because his daddy has money and got a lawyer they can't use their brains and look at the report, my damage, and the two statements and have someone make this guy pay I have to pay for my own damages because my agent advised me when I got the car not to get collision because it would be expensive. Horrible company!
