I am glad I don't have Allstate

I was involved in a hit and run accident caused by a car that was insured by Allstate. A witness chased the car who hit me and got a plate number. Allstate refused to repair my vehicle totaling more than $5000 worth damages b/c the owner claimed he did not give permission to his girlfriend to drive his car (yeah right). They had no problem fxing the damages on his vehicle though. How fair is that?
