Horrible Customer Service

I called AllState 3 times to update my address and somehow 4 years later they still have me listed at my old address. Now they just sent me to a collection agency for a bill I paid and have the cancelled check for. When I called all the supervisor, Brandy, offered me was an apology so we could move forward. Forward? I am never going to have anything to do with this company again! Buyer Beware with AllState.
