Customer Review - Allstate

EXCELLENT CARRIER

I was sitting hear reading all the reviews about how bad Allstate is and i think it all depends on who is your individual Allstate agent that you deal with. I moved from Washington and had geico but the rates where higher in Florida with them for some reason. I researched and found Allstate was pretty competitive so i decided to go with them for coverage on both my wife and my car. Now we both have great driving records( a few speeding tickets by me but other than that they where fine). So our 6 month premium was great. I got a quote and it was great and for a week straight I got calls from my agent telling me they had saved me more money because.........Probably received 4-5 calls like this. it was great because it always was better each time and the fact that she would try so hard to get it cheaper and cheaper was nice to see. I then purchased coverage for my motorcycle and about a week later a dog ran out in front of me and i laid it down. They took care of everything, gave me the option to total it or not (because it wasn't that bad, but you never want to take a chance with frame damage). I decided to total it and get another bike. They paid for my bikes value which was right on, the aftermarket parts it had, and reimbursement for my helmet. I was so surprised I didn't know how to react. No hassle at all and i received my check within 2 weeks start to finish. Now i Have my home owners insurance through them, my new motorcycle and both cars. Once again with my new motorcycle like she had done with the cars at the beginning, i received a bunch of calls with my premium going down down down each time on the year bike premium. I don't think i would ever change carriers unless i have a good valid reason to.
