Don't bother to file

We've been trying for three years to get hail damage covered. The same adjuster came out after two different events, both times denying our claim while our neighbors got new roofs from their insurance carriers. Meanwhile, our premiums have gone up more than $100 a year for the same three years. Thanks to these guys, I have to repaint all the ceilings upstairs and replace insulation in the attic, but it's not their fault. Our agent isn't helping, he's quick to respond, but ultimately doesn't do anything to help.
