Customer Service they do not know what that is

Besides rude customer service, after my policy was paid in full, they tried to add my son to my policy, because he lived at my mailing address and had turned 18. They did remove him and once he is removed, he is NEVER covered to drive my car? They are still trying to charge for the month he was on my policy before I could get him removed off. I refused to pay that month, it was not my request he was added to my policy and it is the principle of the thing that I am not going to pay that 1 month. I AM NOW BEING HARASSED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY...After many calls to the local office and Corporate they refused to help. The insurance company my son and I are with have faxed paper work 3TIMES to them to resolve this problem....They want me to call them for the 4th time & request that same paper work again. WHY SHOULD THEY? Even my insurance company now is wearing thin with this issue, that we have been going through for a year now. My Next step is a law suit. I advise you to not go with Allstate....You'll be sorry you did, they are all rude from your local office all the way to the corporate office...
