Awful

The agent was nice but I was told my premiums (higher than my last insurer but I was told it was better service) would go down after a year. They went up (no accidents or tickets on my record.) I had closed a bank account and told them several times not to take my automatic payment out of that account. They did anyway (twice) and then billed me a 20 late fee each time when they couldn't get the money (again, bc I had switched accounts.)I've never had a late fee in my life before them. I went back to my old insurance agency where I have not had any problems. Have the same coverage for about $30 cheaper per month. Absolutely horrible experience with Allstate overall.
