Allstate stalls on payments

A man insured by Allstate did not yield at a stop sign and struck our vehicle. The car was driven to Blake Chevrolet. Allstate has not authorized the release for damages to pay the $2000 because they can not contact their customer by phone. A police report was sent to the claims adjuster that names their insured at fault. It has been a full week now and we are still waiting to hear from the adjuster. He contacted us within few days to ascertain that we were not physically harmed and after that nothing has happened.
