My vehicle was vandalized. I filed a claim. They called and asked me to get a quote for the repair. I told them I wanted to make sure it was done right and that I wanted to bring to my trusted body shop. They said I had to bring it to one of their body shop to get an estimate. When the estimate came back, they slap me with a letter saying that the vandalism was fraud and will not pay for the damages! Why would I want to damage my own vehicle? Bottom line is I believe when they found out how much it was going to cost, they did not want to pay for it. I will never go with them again.
