All State are a bunch of scammers

Last week I called for a quote twice (I called, then called back as I had to take a call). I was fairly happy with the quote given, which was $867.00 for the year. A week later I called back to purchase the policy and they told me that the last 2 representatives I spoke with weren't knowledgeable with Massachusetts policies, were wrong in their quotes and instead the policy would be $1,050.00. Almost $200 more per year!! I asked to speak with a supervisor, who was just as useless as the others. That is quite a mistake. $200.00 is a lot of money to screw up on. Makes me wonder how they handle actual claims!! I'm glad I went with another company because I am sure it would be nothing but unnecessary aggravation dealing with them!
