Worst Company to EVER deal withOne of Allstate's client's hit me from behind going 65 Mph while i was stopped in traffic. This caused the cars to catch on fire and blow up. I lost everything in the car and All State does not deny my personal items or claims but wants to only give me $2000 LESS of my claim because they claim my items continued... |

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!I was with Allstate for about a year, for my car insurance policy. They continued to raise my rates, but up until I filed a claim I stayed because I thought I was content with the service. Novemeber of 2011, a lady in my apartment complex came flying into the parking lot going 45 mph, and side swiped continued... |

I guess you guys that don't like allstate have bad local agents...I love allstate! I have only had to make 3 claims in the past nine years (2 vehicle claims and 1 home claim. All minor claims) and they have always handled things with such professionalism and efficiency. They have always been swift in getting the $ reimbursed. Recently I had to make a claim due to wind continued... |

Why pay premiums if they make you pay anyway!I have had my insurance with Allstate for 12 years, without an accident, multiple cars, homeowners and renters insurance. My daughter gets into an accident and the car gets totaled. Might I add, I was not given a choice, they said there was no way to fix it. They allowed me to choose the collision center continued... |

AWFULjust recently switched due to allstate not transferring our policy from nc to sc- then they say our draft will be stopped to a few days later it isnt, and there is a scheduled payment due to come out of the bank, must i say BS. then charing us over half of our monthly fee for the 5 days we had them, NO continued... |
