I agree with you, Aetna is terrible to deal with, when you call customer service they just confuse you as to why your service was denied, I hope one day my husbands employer gets sick of them too so that we can have real healthcare again!! If aetna comes to your place of work, my best advice is RUN AS FAST AS U CAN!!! They deny everything...or apply everything to every possible deductible they can come up with. By the way, in my experience, Altius has been one of my favorite, Ive also dealth with PEHP here in UT and they werent too bad. AETNA you suck!!!!!
