Worst Company EVER

I have tried for months to cancel my coverage, i was successful in canceling my coverage, but not in keeping the CONFIRM #. but they make notes of ALL that stuff. so i called and canceled AGAIN and got a 2nd CONFIRM #, needless to say they didn't send any of the information to the payroll company for 2 weeks now. so i called with my 1st CONFIRM number and they sent my account to "review" that was just today 8/23/10. who knows who is reviewing and when it will get reviewed. and they said they will "see what they can do about reimbursing me my money" it was an extra $400 dollars that were still being deducted from my checks because of their failure to send my 1st CONFIRM # to my company's payroll dept. NEVER, NEVER again will i insure myself with them again.
