Terrible health insurance and getting worse

Will not follow the provisions of my employer's private PPO agreement, denies everything, much time and energy spent on the telephone getting them to cover things, ever rising premiums and deductibles.

If your employer offers coverage by Aetna, do yourself a favor and opt out of their coverage. You'd be better off purchasing your own policy from a company such as United Health Care for a little more money and much better, intelligent and compassionate coverage.
