THE PEOPLE ARE NASTY

I want to throw myself out the window..no..but wait, they would not cover the injuries. Rude people, no help at all. I called yesterday and clearly heard Oprah in the background and she sounded annoyed that I called. My pharmacist HATES them--i am now filling generic Rx's and not even sending to insurance company. Because--get this--it is cheaper. Aetna requires that I send in mail order Rx's and pay for shipping. It is cheaper to fill them like I have no insurance. What sense does that make? Oh, and yea bitch I spoke to today from RX services--get out of customer service.
