Aetna insurance is terrible, as long as they are collecting your premiums you do not hear from them but when they feel they are spending too much money they send this case manager to talk to you to see how much information that they can get from you to use against you. Aetna had my husband transferred to another facility without my permission just to save money. If you have another insurance company to pick from do not pick Aetna. It is time that we stop supporting these mega companies to do anything to us. As long as we do not say anything or complain that means it is ok what they are doing to us. Aetna SUCKS during open season get rid of AETNA. It does not matter whatever kind of insurance you have if you can pick another company pick another company. I did not know how bad Aetna was but my coworkers are also telling their stories. They will lie in order to save a dollar and Aetna do not care any thing about life.
