Incompetant Retards

I clearly signed up for a "Full Coverage" Plan (Dental, Vision & Major Medical)- Money was deducted from my paycheck- Of course the company is always paid. However, when I arrived at the dentist, had my teeth cleaned, went to scheduled a follow up appointment in 6 months, the clerk told me she called my insurance provider, mentioned my place of employment and my name and SURPRISINGLY- Aetna, "Had no record" of me being in their system, therefore, this forced me to have to pay OUT OF POCKET for my appointment when Money had already been deducted from my paycheck for Dental!!!!! Aetna Insurance is by far THE WORST insurance, because no only do they make their customer's look like idiots, they offer no empathy when a CUSTOMER has a problem/issue, etc.
I work in the Hospitality Industry- Guess What: THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST AND IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!
