Aetna is like the insurance company in the rainmaker

They are not reasonable. They find every reason to deny your claim. Customer service reps are not smart. Its impossible to speak to an actual member of management. They put up huge road blocks and policies to wear you down. My issue was relatively minor. It really bothers me to think you'd have to deal with this company on a significant cost item. They DONT CARE one bit about their "members". My denied claim offered a URL for a survey. SURPRISE, the link didn't work. Nice. If its your companies provider your stuck, but I wouldn't use them by choice.
