Aetna Totally Sucks

Prior to 2008, I had Blue Cross/Blue Shield. In efforts to cuts costs, my employer forced us all into Aetna. It has been an awful switch. They don't cover anything. You continually have to fight with them to get them to pay for legitimate claims. My doctor, pharmacist, pretty much anyone we deal with despises dealing with them. On top of this, they are increasing rates like crazy for 2011. Not sure if even having medical with Aetna is worth it.
