Aetna IS HORRIBLE!

I've been with them for a year, pay my premiums on time, and they refuse to pay for anything! They won't pay for my physical, won't pay for flu shots, and then they tried to deny a doctor's appointment saying I had a pre-existing condition. I didn't have any condition at all! I was going to see the doctor, because I had a runny nose. They are HORRIBLE. Why haven't they been shut down by a class action lawsuit?
