AETNA'S Customer Service is soooooo bad. I actually have a policy that is managed by one of their subsidiaries. Claims from LAST year are still being declined, even after I provided the appropriate documentation. Now, it is being reviewed again after I sent a rude email. Still, no apology from the company that the company has done anything wrong. If you have a choice, run.
