AETNA IS THE WORST

My company changed from CIGNA (wonderful) to Aetna (a joke). If I didn't have secondary coverage, I would be in severe trouble. I had them several years ago and we found out they were using Indian coverage charges to determine the average charges. These people are crooks. Stay away. If they were free, I would not use them much less pay for their coverage. If they can cheat you, they will.
