InsuranceThis insurance sucks ! I have serious back issues. Doctor has wanted me to get an MRI. I kept putting it off due to the cost of this insurance and my deductible. I have severe pain and was denied an MRI. What the heck do we have insurance for????? They are running our health issues. I am so angry continued... |

AETNA is terrible.Aetna is the WORST ever. Website is slow and EOB's post slow there. CSR's are RUDE. Claims are very SLOW to get processed. Prescritions are Expensive. You can't stay in the hospital long. Its expensive. We pay $1200.00 a month. continued... |

idiotsThese people at aetna are idiots. I told them about a fraudulent bill and they call the company that is doing the fraud to check if the procedure was done. They were told by the hospital that it was and took their word on it. I went to the hospital and pulled my records and it shows that it was not continued... |

Aetna... Ehhhhh DON'TAetna is the worst, they increased my premium almost double stating that I had pre-existing conditions and ones relating to organs that I DON'T HAVE! when I called they told me that it was because I had the potential to develop the conditions. They also said that birth control medication and UTI's are continued... |

I hate AetnaAetna says we have full coverage for my wife's pregnancy, but now we are being billed for ultrasounds. How is that full coverage. The worst is that you get totally different answers when you call to find out what is going on. This last lady said that ultrasounds are not part of a standard preganancy continued... |

Aetna is the worst health insurance companyI used Aetna's Mail Order Pharmacy, and they substituted my brand-name drug to generic and charged me the brand-name cost.
