blahI agree with you, Aetna is terrible to deal with, when you call customer service they just confuse you as to why your service was denied, I hope one day my husbands employer gets sick of them too so that we can have real healthcare again!! Beware of this CRIMINAL COMPANY. They are the worst kind of SCAM ARTISTS. For 11 months we sent our insurance premium by mail at the same time of the month. |

I have dental insurance, I am paying insurance premium since last 10 months. Now I am in dental pain. I contacted Aetna, they said I can only visit after 12/1/2011. today is 11/09. How could they take mony and not provide coverage? |

They sent me an explanation of benefits telling me that I was responsible for my out patient hospital visit that was in network due to they hadn't received medical records so said that I would be responsible for the entire bill without any discount continued... |

SubscriberAetna insurance is terrible, as long as they are collecting your premiums you do not hear from them but when they feel they are spending too much money they send this case manager to talk to you to see how much information that they can get from you to use against you.
