aig worst insurance in world

my car was in cleveland state parking lot . car in front burned causing a lot of damage to my car . owner of burned car has aig . it took 3 weeks for adjuster to come look . its been 2 monthes and all i get is excuses from aig customer service. wonder if i will ever get a settlement. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN WORLD
